🏵️🏵️Joe, aging is a universal human experience, but Islam offers a unique perspective on it. The Quran reminds us: "And We grant life to whom We will, and We take away life from whom We will." (Quran 35:11). This verse underscores that life, in all its phases, is a gift from God and we should live it to the fullest. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to value every moment: "Take benefit of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your being busy, and your life before your death." (Sahih al-Bukhari).

Focusing on good deeds, kindness, and spiritual growth allows us to embrace the aging process with serenity. Embrace life, Joe.

With warmth and understanding, 🌺🌹,
