🏵️🏵️🏵️The Quran reminds us, “And do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction [by refraining]. And do good; indeed, Allah loves the doers of good” (Quran 2:195). Maintaining our health, particularly regarding vascular age, is crucial to fulfilling our responsibilities towards ourselves, our family, and society.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Your body has a right over you.” This emphasizes our duty to nurture our health and well-being intentionally.

Lutz, it’s inspiring to see your focus on longevity and vascular health. The concept of striving for a long, healthy life echoes the prophetic tradition of maintaining a balanced life, where each aspect is enhanced, including our physical health.

Thank you, Lutz, for shedding light on this important topic. Your work encourages us to reflect on our well-being. How can we integrate these insights into our daily lives to fulfill our responsibilities better?
