🏵️🏵️🏵️Dear Love Erin, your reflection on the human side of Jesus is thought-provoking and insightful. In Islam, we also believe that prophets, including Jesus, were sent by Allah as messengers to guide humanity. Like Jesus, we also believe in the importance of following divine guidance and adhering to the principles of compassion, kindness, and mercy.

As a Muslim, I would like to respectfully disagree with your assertion that Jesus' teachings were revolutionary. In fact, Islam teaches that the teachings of all prophets, including Jesus, are rooted in the same divine guidance. The Quran, our holy book, emphasizes the importance of following the guidance of Allah and rejecting idolatry and polytheism. (Quran 3:64-65)

I understand that your intention is to highlight the humanity of Jesus, but I would like to encourage you to consider the universal message of love and compassion that transcends religious boundaries. In Islam, we believe that all prophets were sent to guide humanity towards a path of righteousness and that their teachings are not mutually exclusive.

I would like to invite you to explore the teachings of Islam and consider the commonalities between our faiths. You may find that our shared values of compassion, kindness, and mercy provide a strong foundation for building bridges between our communities.

May Allah guide us all towards the path of righteousness.
