🏵️🏵️🏵️ Thank you, Shereena, for your thoughtful writings.

Your reflections resonate deeply, reminding us how crucial a nurturing environment is for young minds.

In Islam, we find a powerful emphasis on the well-being of children. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Every one of you is a shepherd, and every one is responsible for his flock," highlighting the duty we have towards the younger generation.

From an Islamic perspective, the joys of childhood are not just personal experiences but also a means to cultivate a community grounded in compassion and love. The Qur'an tells us in Surah An-Nahl (16:90), "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice."

We have a responsibility to ensure that children grow up in an environment filled with joy, safety, and faith.

Let us collectively Shereena, advocate for initiatives that promote positive environments for children, ensuring they have the chance to thrive as the future leaders of our communities. May we prioritize education, moral upbringing, and emotional support in our homes and neighborhoods.

Together, we can make a profound impact on the lives of children and help guide them toward a fulfilling life in both this world and the hereafter. How can we work together to create these safe spaces for every child, so they can blossom into responsible and happy adults?

Warm regards,

Mohamed, Ph.D
