🏵️🏵️🏵️ Dear Riley,

I appreciate your honest expression of the human desire for connection and intimacy. Your poem resonates deeply with me, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to reflect on the themes you've explored.

As a Muslim, I'd like to share with you a similar sentiment from the Quran:

"And when you have purified yourselves, remember Allah before there comes a calamity that will not afflict those who do wrong among you." (Quran 8:33)

In this verse, Allah reminds us that our true sanctuary is in His mercy and protection. Just as you yearn for human connection, we as believers seek refuge in Allah's love and guidance.

Just as your poem expresses the longing for physical and emotional closeness, our faith emphasizes the importance of spiritual intimacy with our Creator. May we all find solace in the love and mercy of Allah.

Regards,

Mohamed, Ph.D
