🏵️🏵️🏵️ Dear Rabia, your writings have been a thought-provoking reflection on the often-overlooked importance of rest and relaxation in our fast-paced lives.

In Islam, we find similar emphasis on the value of rest and relaxation. The Quran reminds us that Allah (God) is the one who "makes all things easy" (Quran 94:5) and that "allah does not burden any soul with more than it can bear" (Quran 2:286). This understanding of Allah's mercy and wisdom encourages us to prioritize rest and relaxation, recognizing that our Creator has already provided us with everything we need.

From an Islamic perspective, I would like to persuade you to take a closer look at the concept of "tawbah" (repentance) and how it relates to cultivating creativity. In Islam, tawbah is the process of turning away from our mistakes and shortcomings, seeking forgiveness, and striving to improve. This process requires us to slow down, reflect, and recharge, much like the habits of "super lazy" people you've described.

As you reflect on your own habits and routines, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your relationship with Allah. Ask yourself: Am I prioritizing my connection with Him? Am I seeking His guidance and wisdom? Am I grateful for His blessings and mercy?

May Allah guide us all towards a path of balance, creativity, and spiritual growth. May we find inspiration in the example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who was known for his wisdom, compassion, and humility.

In conclusion, I urge you to consider the importance of taking time to rest and recharge, just as our bodies need rest to heal and recover. By doing so, you may find that your creativity flourishes, and your connection with Allah deepens.

May Allah bless you with wisdom, guidance, and creativity.

Sincerely,

Mohamed, Ph.D
