🏵️🏵️🏵️ Dear Graham, thank you for your thoughtful response and for engaging in a constructive dialogue about our respective faiths. I appreciate your acknowledgement of the Muslim position on Paul and Christian theology.

Regarding your question, if Jesus was a genuine prophet and messenger of God, it is indeed crucial to understand the nature of his prophethood. While it is true that many Christians believe in the authority of the Bible, Muslims believe that the Quran is the final and complete revelation of God, and it is our responsibility to follow its guidance.

You are correct that any religious person tends to believe in the absolute validity of their own scriptures, but we Muslims believe that the Quran is not just a book of human origin, but a revelation from the Almighty. Its prophecies, miracles, and wisdom are testaments to its divine origin.

Regarding the lost gospel of Issa, I must respectfully disagree with your scholar's assertion. The Quranic accounts of Jesus' life and teachings are consistent with the Gospels, and there is no historical evidence to support the existence of such a lost gospel.

Regarding Quran 2:111-112, you are misinterpreting the passage. The verse does not imply that only Muslims will enter Paradise, but rather that only those who surrender to God with their whole heart and do good deeds will find their reward with their Lord. This passage is inclusive of all people who submit to God's will, regardless of their religious background or gender.

In conclusion, I urge you to re-examine your beliefs and consider the evidence presented by the Quran. I invite you to join me in an open-minded discussion about the prophets and messengers of God, and to explore the possibility that Islam is the true religion of God.

May Allah guide us towards the truth.

🏵️🏵️🏵️

Sincerely,

Mohamed, Ph.D
