As an Islamic perspective, I would like to offer some insights that may help alleviate this fear. From the Islamic perspective, we believe that every human being has a purpose and a role to play in this life. We are created to worship Allah and to serve humanity, and it is our duty to live a life of obedience and servitude to Him (Quran 51:56).

Chandrayan, as you so eloquently put it, intrusive suicidal thoughts are not just thoughts, but a cry for help from a soul that is deeply wounded. In Islam, we believe that every human being has a sacred soul, known as the "nafs", which is capable of both good and evil. When we are faced with challenges and difficulties, our soul may cry out for help, but it is our duty to respond with compassion and empathy (Hadith: "The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'The believer is not afflicted with any harm or distress but that Allah cleanses him of his sins because of it.'" (Bukhari)).

In Islamic teachings, we are reminded that our struggles and hardships are not a punishment from Allah, but rather an opportunity for growth, forgiveness, and redemption. We are encouraged to seek help and guidance from Allah, and to rely on His mercy and compassion (Quran 39:53). By doing so, we can overcome even the darkest of struggles and find peace and solace in our faith.

I understand your perspective on the importance of recognizing intrusive suicidal thoughts as a symptom of deeper emotional pain, Chandrayan. I believe that Islam provides a more comprehensive understanding of this issue, emphasizing the importance of compassion, empathy, and spiritual guidance.
