Dear Mariana, your insights on the human experience are truly enlightening, and I appreciate the effort you've put into exploring this complex topic.

As a Muslim, I am reminded of the concept of light and darkness in Islam, which is often personified in the Quranic verse: "Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp, and the lamp is within glass, and the glass as if it were a pearly [white] pearl within it, and it is lit from a Blessed Tree, for its oil is to illuminate those who are within its environs; and [it is] for [the benefit of] those who are outside, magnificently all around" (Quran 24:35).

This verse highlights the significance of light as a symbol of guidance, wisdom, and illumination. In contrast, darkness represents ignorance, confusion, and chaos. The struggle between these two forces is a fundamental aspect of human existence, and it is only through embracing the light of guidance that we can find our way out of the darkness.

In this context, I would like to offer a call to action to all readers. As we navigate the complexities of our own darkness and light, let us not forget to seek guidance from the ultimate source of illumination - Allah. Let us turn to His word, pray for His guidance, and seek to embody the values of compassion, mercy, and justice that He has taught us.

May Allah guide us on our journey towards enlightenment.
