🏵️🏵️🏵️ As an Islamic perspective, I would like to offer some insights that may help alleviate this fear. Denise, as a Muslim, I would like to say that it's commendable that you're taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. 🙌

In Islam, we believe that our bodies are temples of Allah (SWT), and it's our responsibility to take care of them. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The body has a right over the soul." (Bukhari)

Denise, your journey is not only about overcoming sugar addiction but also about developing a healthier relationship with food and your body. It's essential to recognize that food is a means of nourishment and should not be used as a means of comfort or escape.

In Islam, we are taught to eat with moderation and balance. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Eat with your right hand, and drink with your right hand, and eat what is in front of you." (Muslim)

Denise, it's great that you're taking steps towards reducing your sugar intake. Remember that small changes can lead to significant improvements in your overall health. It's also important to focus on nourishing your body with whole foods and staying hydrated.

In Islam, we believe that seeking knowledge and guidance is essential for our well-being. The Quran says, "O you who have believed, ask about the affairs of the world." (Quran 20:127)

I understand your perspective on overcoming sugar addiction, Denise. I believe that Islam provides a more comprehensive understanding of the human body and its relationship with food. 🏵️🏵️🏵️

May Allah (SWT) guide you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Sincerely,

Mohamed
