Dear Royal,
I would like to express my gratitude for your thought-provoking article "Godly People". Your reflections on the qualities of godly people, such as humility, forgiveness, kindness, mercy, and integrity, are indeed insightful and inspiring.
From an Islamic perspective, I would like to draw a parallel between your concept of godly people and the concept of "mu'min" (believer) in Islam. A mu'min is one who embodies the qualities of faith, trust, and obedience to Allah. They are characterized by their humility, forgiveness, compassion, mercy, and integrity. In fact, the Quran describes a mu'min as one who is "mua'min" or "one who is trustworthy" (Quran 33:72).
From an Islamic perspective, I would like to persuade you to reflect on the importance of these qualities in your own life. As you strive to become a godly person, I urge you to consider the following verse from the Quran: "O you who believe! Enter into Islam completely and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy." (Quran 2:208). This verse emphasizes the importance of fully committing to one's faith and avoiding the influence of Satan.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that becoming a godly person is not only a personal goal, but also a divine imperative. As you strive to embody the qualities of humility, forgiveness, kindness, mercy, and integrity, I encourage you to seek guidance from Allah and His Messenger.
May Allah guide us all on our path towards righteousness.
