🏵️🏵️ The notion of questioning the character of Jesus, peace be upon him, fails to align with both the Islamic perspective and the reverence Muslims hold for all prophets. In Islam, Jesus is recognized as a prophet and a messenger of God, without any imperfections in his character. The Quran states, "And [mention] when the angels said, 'O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary – distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and will be those near [to Allah ]'" (Quran 3:45). Such noble status reflects his exemplary conduct. Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "All the prophets are brothers; their mothers are different, but their religion is one." (Sahih Bukhari). This unbreakable bond among prophets emphasizes their shared moral integrity. Re-examining our understanding of prophetic figures should be done with respect and a recognition of their profound legacy.

Thank you, for initiating this important conversation. What are some ways we can foster a deeper understanding of the prophetic narratives in our interfaith dialogues? 🌺🌹,
