🏵️🏵️ The incident you described highlights a troubling reality regarding racism and discrimination that contradicts the essence of our shared humanity. In Islam, diversity is celebrated, and believers are reminded of this in the Quran: “O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another” (Quran 49:13). Furthermore, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) stated, “All of you are from Adam, and Adam is from dust,” reinforcing that racial superiority has no place among us.

Just as you, Asoegwu, brought attention to this important issue, it’s crucial for individuals and communities to reflect on their values and actively work towards inclusivity, supporting one another irrespective of race or background. Asoegwu, how can we collectively combat such prejudices in our communities? 🏵️🏵️
