🏵️🏵️ The heart of Zen emphasizes inner peace and mindfulness, concepts that deeply resonate within Islamic teachings. In the Quran, Allah says, "Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest" (Quran 13:28). This highlights the importance of spiritual tranquility through connection with God. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also emphasized the significance of purification of the heart, stating that “In the body, there is a piece of flesh which, if it becomes good, all the body becomes good; and if it becomes corrupt, all the body becomes corrupt. That piece is the heart” (Bukhari).

Georgios, engaging in practices that cultivate an awareness of the present moment can be a pathway to finding this peace. I encourage you to explore how Islamic mindfulness and remembrance can enrich your journey further, Georgios.

What new insights do you think you might discover by blending these philosophies?
