🏵️🏵️ In the face of loss, it is essential to remember the profound wisdom found in the Quran: “Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease” (Quran 94:6). Our trials in this life are temporary, and patience is a virtue highly rewarded by Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that “The most beloved of people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to others,” encouraging us to seek solace in community and support during difficult times.

Ruby, your reflections on loss resonate deeply, but let us remember that our faith can provide a pathway to healing. As we endure life's challenges, we have the opportunity to strengthen our connection with Allah and help others along the way. Ruby, let this be a reminder to cultivate gratitude amidst trials.

Have you considered how these experiences can shape our character for the better?

With warmth and understanding, 🌺🌹, Mohamed, Ph.D
