🏵️🏵️ As a Muslim, I wholeheartedly agree that understanding the beginning of creation is crucial to grasping the entirety of the story. In the Quran, we find, "And indeed We did create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days and there reached not their fatigue" (Qur'an 50:38).

Similarly, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The first thing Allah created was the pen, and He said to it, Write.' Write, O pen, write. My slave will be relieved from this, and his account will be written." (Sahih Muslim).

These accounts show that Allah created the universe and all beings, including humans, through His divine will and power. Moreover, the Quran emphasizes the role of the divine in creation: "He created from it (dust) a human, And We returned him to the (only) sperm from which he was created." (Qur'an 23:12-13) This verse highlights the cycle of creation and the interconnectedness of all beings.

In Islamic tradition, Allah is not limited by human notions of masculinity or femininity; He is the All-Powerful, All-Knowing Creator. The Quran affirms, "And the female is not like the male" (Qur'an 3:36), yet, this verse is not meant to diminish the female but rather to highlight the unique characteristics and roles assigned to each.

As for the concept of gnosis, Islamic spirituality encourages seekers of knowledge to delve into the mysteries of the universe and the human condition. The Quran says, "Say, 'Are those who know equal to those who do not know?' Only they will remember (Who are men of knowledge)." (Qur'an 39:9).

The pursuit of knowledge and understanding is indeed a test of faith, but with it comes the promise of guidance and spiritual growth. As Allah says, "And indeed with the Truth we have guided you. So follow the straight path to follow the path of those who seek forgiveness from their Lord and the path of the ones who are content with what they have." (Qur'an 6:153).

Therefore, let us embark on this journey of discovery, with faith, humility, and an open heart, asking Allah to guide us and to open our minds to the truth.

What path will you choose, the path of knowledge and spiritual growth, or the path of ignorance and stagnation?
