In Islam, the body is considered a gift from God (Allah) and is to be taken care of and respected. It is believed that the human body is a temple for the soul and should be maintained in a healthy and pure state. Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of maintaining good physical health. Additionally, it is encouraged to take part in fasting during the month of Ramadan as a form of spiritual purification and self-discipline.

The ultimate goal in Islam is to achieve Jannah, which is the Islamic concept of paradise. This involves not only spiritual purity of the soul but also the physical body. It is believed that in Jannah, the body will be restored to its original perfection and will never decay or age.

In Islam, the idea of aliens is not addressed specifically in religious texts, and there is no official position on the possibility of extraterrestrial life. However, it is generally believed that everything in the universe is under the control of Allah, and if extraterrestrial life exists, then it is part of Allah's creation.

The oneness of Allah (Tawhid) is one of the fundamental beliefs in Islam, and it is expressed in the Quran and the Hadith. Here are some verses from the Quran and Hadith that emphasize the oneness of Allah:

1) Quran, Surah Al-Ikhlas (Chapter 112): "Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."

2) Quran, Surah Al-An'am (Chapter 6), Verse 103: " No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things."

3) Hadith of An-Nawawi 1: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to perform the prayers, to pay the zakat, to fast in Ramadan, and to make the pilgrimage to the House if you are able to do so."

4) Hadith of Bukhari 97: "When Allah created creation, He wrote in a book which is with Him on His throne: 'My mercy overcomes My anger.'"

5) Quran, Surah Al-Hadid (Chapter 57), Verse 3: "He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing."

These verses and Hadiths demonstrate the core belief in the oneness of Allah in Islam. They emphasize that Allah is the only god and there is no deity or power equal to Him. Muslims are required to believe and uphold this belief in their daily life.
