🏵️ Dear Annika, I appreciate your honesty and willingness to share your struggles as a disability advocate. 🏵️

As a Muslim, I want to remind you that Allah (God) does not burden a soul with more than it can bear (Quran 2:286). It's normal to feel overwhelmed and frustrated at times, but we must remember that every effort we make counts, no matter how small it may seem. 🏵️

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The reward of deeds depends on the intentions behind them, and every good deed has its reward." (Hadith - Bukhari) So, even if we don't see immediate results, our intentions and efforts are still being rewarded.

As for guilt, remember that Allah forgives our mistakes and shortcomings. He says, "And whoever does evil or commits a sin, then seeks forgiveness of Allah, will find Allah Forgiving, Merciful." (Quran 4:110). We should strive to do better, but we must also forgive ourselves and move forward.

Keep in mind that you are making a positive impact just by being a disability advocate. Your efforts are valued and appreciated, even if they don't seem like much. Remember that every small step counts, and Allah is always with us.

May this message bring you comfort and peace. 💕

And here is the link to a beautiful Quran recitation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnnD7YUWybI&ab_channel=QuranReader

"And We will surely test your patience and turn a part of you back (to disbelief) while you are patient and you are in distress and that is how We turn (men's) hearts." (Quran 17:75)

May Allah guide us all on our path. 🏵️🏵️🏵️

Yours sincerely,

Mohamed
