The story of Joseph, as recounted in Surah Yusuf of the Quran, is one of the most inspiring tales of resilience, patience, and steadfastness in the face of adversity.

Joseph's unwavering faith in Allah is a model for all Muslims to follow.
As Allah says in the Quran: "Surely, Allah is with those who are patient" (2:153).

Joseph's prioritization of Allah above all else is an excellent example of how Islam places emphasis on the importance of serving Allah with sincerity and devotion.
As Allah says in the Quran: "And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish prayer and to give zakah. That is the correct religion." (98:5)

Also, the discipline and focus required in ballet can be seen as an example of the Islamic concept of Ihsan, which refers to excellence and perfection in one's actions. Muslims are encouraged to strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives, including spiritual and physical pursuits.
As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Verily, Allah has prescribed Ihsan (excellence) in all things." (Sahih Muslim)

Thus, the parallels between Joseph's story and ballet serve as examples of how faith, discipline, and a commitment to excellence can lead to success and fulfillment in one's life, in both the physical and spiritual domains, as emphasized in this Hadith:

"Indeed, Allah loves that when you do something, you do it with excellence." (Al-Bayhaqi)
