This type of approach can help teams work together more effectively, bringing new ideas and perspectives to problem-solving.
Companies can organize workshops, "innovation sprints", or "hackathons" to enable marketing and sales teams to work together on new ideas or projects. This collaborative effort will help in promoting a culture of innovation that can lead to long-term success.
