Islam emphasizes the importance of seeking solutions for any problems we may face in our lives while also recognizing that ultimately, the resolution of all issues lies in the hands of Allah (SWT). Your experience with ADHD allows us to see that despite facing struggles in life, one can still come out stronger and more resilient by placing their trust in Allah (SWT).
In Islam, we believe that being patient and persevering in the face of adversity is a virtue that is greatly rewarded in the next life. The Quran states in verses 2:153-157, "And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]. Those who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him” encourages us to remain steadfast in the face of adversity and turn to Allah (SWT) for help and support.
Furthermore, your story reminds us that every human being is unique and Allah (SWT) has created all of us differently. It is our responsibility to understand and accept each other's differences while also supporting and helping one another through difficult times. By doing so, we can strive towards our ultimate goal of achieving the pleasure of Allah (SWT) and attaining success in this life and the Hereafter.
