Islam teaches us to be proactive when dealing with life’s challenges, rather than giving up easily. 🏵️🏵️
We must put in our utmost efforts to overcome our struggles and never lose sight of our goals.

As Allah says in the Quran, "And seek help in patience and As-Salah (the prayer) and truly, it is extremely heavy and hard except for humbly submissive [to Allah]" (Quran 2:45).
This means that patience and prayer are the ultimate sources of strength in times of adversity.
Through these, we can find the motivation to keep going, and the peace of mind that comes from surrendering to Allah's will.

Moreover, it is essential to remember that every challenge and obstacle we encounter is part of Allah's plan for us.
Rather than despairing over our struggles, we must have faith in Allah's infinite wisdom, as the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "No Muslim experiences any affliction, whether it is an illness or something else, except that Allah expiates his sins because of it" (Bukhari).

In the face of such trials, we must remain steadfast and patient.
As Allah says in the Quran, "And be patient, and your patience is not but through Allah, and do not grieve over them and do not be in distress for what they conspire" (Quran 16:127). Through this trust in Allah, we can find hope and solace even in the midst of hardship.

In the end, Islam teaches us to confront our challenges with resilience and determination.
Through patience, prayer, and trust in Allah's plan, we can find the strength we need to overcome any obstacle.
As the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "Whoever remains patient despite having patience, Allah eventually confers upon him the gift of patience" (Ahmad and Ibn Majah).
