In Islamic teachings, the concept of manifestation through desire is not explicitly discussed in the Quran or Hadiths. However, the importance of intention (niyyah) and seeking Allah's help (istikhara) in achieving one's goals is emphasized in Islamic scripture. 🏵️🏵️🏵️
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Actions are based on intentions, and every person will have what was intended for them" (Bukhari and Muslim).
This Hadith highlights the significance of intention in our actions and decisions, as it is believed that Allah knows our intentions and rewards us accordingly.
Regarding seeking Allah's help, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also said, "If anyone of you is deliberating about a decision, he should pray two rak'ahs of prayer and say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma a'udhu bika fi amri [O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil in my affair which I seek refuge in You]'" (Bukhari and Muslim). This supplication, known as istikhara, involves seeking Allah's guidance and protection in making a decision or achieving a goal.
In terms of manifestation through visualization and affirmations, there are some Islamic practices that involve similar concepts.
For example, dhikr (remembrance of Allah) involves repeating phrases or verses from the Quran as a way of focusing the mind and heart on Allah.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will earn a reward from it, and this reward will be multiplied by ten. I am not saying that Alif-Laam-Meem is one letter, but Alif is a letter, Laam is a letter and Meem is a letter" (Bukhari). This Hadith highlights the importance of reciting the Quran with intention and focus, as it can lead to multiplied rewards.
