In Islam, Darlene, it is important to show kindness and compassion to others, even those who may doubt us or treat us unfairly. 🏵️🏵️🏵️
Proving others wrong through our actions and achievements should be done with humility and a desire to please Allah, rather than seeking validation from others.
The concept of "killing them with kindness" aligns with Islamic teachings on forgiveness, patience, and treating others with respect.
The Quran teaches us in Surah Al-Fussilat, 41:34, "Good and evil deeds are not equal. Repel evil with what is better; then you will see that one who was once your enemy has become your dearest friend."
Additionally, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in a hadith, "Do not envy one another, and do not inflate prices for one another, and do not hate one another, and do not turn away from one another, and do not undercut one another, but be you, O servants of Allah, brothers. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim: he does not oppress him, nor does he fail him, nor does he lie to him, nor does he hold him in contempt. Taqwa (piety) is here (and he pointed to his chest three times). It is evil enough for a man to hold his Muslim brother in contempt. The whole of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his property, and his honor." (Sahih Muslim)
By following these teachings and staying true to our values, we can overcome challenges and prove our worth in a way that pleases Allah.
Showing kindness and respect to those who doubt us not only reflects our faith but also has the potential to change hearts and minds for the better.
