Many middle-aged women tend to put the needs of others before their own, leading to feelings of guilt, burnout, and even depression.
By learning to recognize their own limitations and needs and setting boundaries and priorities accordingly, women in this age group can reduce stress, improve their physical and mental health, and ultimately become more resilient and fulfilled individuals.

It is important to note that this advice is not exclusive to middle-aged women but is relevant to everyone. Self-disappointment is a real issue that can affect anyone who neglects their own needs and gives in to the pressure of societal expectations.
Practicing self-care and setting boundaries can help us all avoid self-disappointment and improve our overall well-being. ⏩⏩
