Instead of focusing on one aspect of an issue, one must consider the entire system in order to understand and solve problems. Looking at the various perspectives of the above arguments, it is crucial to acknowledge that transparency is an important aspect of a performance measurement system but is not the only factor that contributes to success.

A transparent performance measurement system can promote accountability, trust, and collaboration among team members. However, too much transparency can lead to information overload, confusion, and a lack of innovation. Therefore, organizations must strike a balance between transparency and privacy to ensure that they are providing relevant, efficient, and effective performance data.
Moreover, it is crucial to not overlook the importance of other performance-based factors, such as training and development, motivation, and leadership. Organizations must consider all of these aspects when implementing a performance measurement system to ensure that they are supporting their employees to achieve the desired outcomes.

In the end, performance measurement systems considers various factors such as transparency, collaboration, motivation, leadership, and training to create a supportive environment that enriches overall organizational performance. Therefore, organizations should evaluate their performance management systems with a holistic approach in order to accurately identify, measure, and improve their performance.
