Here are some thoughts on the topic from Islam perspective 🏵️🏵️

The concept of oneness is considered a fundamental belief in Islam and is represented by the concept of Tawhid, which emphasises the oneness of Allah (God) and the interconnectedness of all things within His creation. The Qur'an states: "Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him" (Qur'an 112:1-4).

Furthermore, the idea of oneness in Islam can also be interpreted as the interconnectedness of all things within Allah's creation, including all human beings. The Qur'an says: "And among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the variations in your languages and your colors: verily in that are signs for those who know" (Qur'an 30:22).

The concept of Ummah in Islam emphasizes the idea of a global community of believers who share a common bond of faith in Allah. The unity of this community is also seen as a reflection of the oneness of Allah and the interconnectedness of all human beings. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The believers, in their love, mercy, and compassion for each other, are like a body; when any part of it suffers, the whole body responds with sleeplessness and fever" (Sahih Bukhari).

The Hadith also speaks of the importance of recognising the oneness of God and His creation. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Allah is One and likes Unity" (Sahih Bukhari). Additionally, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) urged Muslims to treat all people with kindness and respect, regardless of their background or beliefs, stating that "All creatures are like a family of Allah, and He loves the most those who are kindest to His family" (Sahih Bukhari).

Therefore, from an Islamic perspective, the concept of oneness may be understood as the fundamental interconnectedness of all things within Allah's creation, including all human beings. Recognition of this interconnectedness is fundamental to achieving unity, peace, and harmony among all people, and is central to the Islamic faith.
