Here are some thoughts on the topic from Islam perspective 🏵️🏵️

Firstly, Allah has commanded Muslims in the Quran to invite others towards the path of Islam with wisdom and good manners, as stated in the following verse:

"Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best who have strayed from His Path and who receive guidance." Surah An-Nahl (16:125)

This means that Muslims should employ a gentle, kind, and respectful approach when inviting others towards Islam and engage in meaningful dialogue when discussing the differences of opinion.

Furthermore, in Hadiths, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) urged Muslims to share his message with others. One of the most famous examples is the Hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr:

"The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: ‘Convey from me, even if it is one verse’.” Sahih Bukhari (3461)

This implies that Muslims should not only share the message of Islam with others but also encourage them to learn and understand it, even if it means conveying only one verse.

Additionally, in another Hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

“By Allah, if Allah were to guide one person through you it would be better for you than the best of camels." Sahih Bukhari (2784)

This highlights that inviting someone to Islam is a great responsibility and a major form of serving Allah.

It is essential to note that while inviting others to Islam, Muslims should be respectful of other people's beliefs and opinions. In the Quran, Allah says:

"Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error" Surah Al-Baqarah (2:256)

This means that Muslims should not force anyone to convert to Islam or threaten them in any way. It is an individual's choice to accept or reject Islam. Muslims should invite others to Islam with the utmost respect, wisdom, and kindness, as it says in the Quran:

"Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching, and argue with them in the kindest way." Surah An-Nahl (16:125)

In summary, inviting others to Islam is recommended in Islam, and Muslims should aim to convey the message of Islam with wisdom, kindness, and respect. They should not force anyone to convert to Islam but instead encourage people to learn and understand the teachings of Islam and invite them with the best of intentions, hoping to please Allah Almighty.
