Here are some thoughts from Islam 🏵️🏵️👇

The first step in stopping wasting your life is to identify what's important to you. What are your goals and what makes you happy? Once you've identified these things, it's important to make a plan to achieve them.

Allah has given us this life as a precious gift, and it is our responsibility to use it wisely and in accordance with His guidance. Sadly, many of us waste our lives, whether through pursuits that are not significant or distractions which distance one from Allah's guidance.

Allah reminds us many times in the Quran not to waste our lives. One example is Surah Al-Mu'minun (23:34):

"And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure."

In this verse, Allah reminds us that everything he has provided for us has a certain measure or portion, so we should use it wisely rather than wasting it.

Hadith on Wasting Life:
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also spoke about wasting time in a Hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas:

"Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before you become busy, and your life before your death." (Tirmidhi)

This Hadith highlights the importance of making the most of our time, as life is temporary, and each moment is precious.

Practical Solutions and Advice:

To stop wasting your life, it's essential to set goals and priorities based on Islamic principles that align with your dreams and aspirations. Focus on activities, professions or hobbies that benefit yourself and others and always seek your purpose in life. 🏵️

Use your free time to gain knowledge, meditation, and do physical activities while surrounding yourself with good company. Remember to care for your mental and physical health. Stay away from addictive electronics, toxic relationships, and dangerous habits. ⏭️⏩
