Here are some thoughts from Islam perspective 🏵️🏵️

Islam, as a religion, urges its followers to embrace courage and confidence in the face of trials. Muslims believe that genuine bravery comes from relying on Allah (SWT) and seeking guidance from Him.

The Holy Quran sets forth numerous verses on courage, such as: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect” (Surah At-Talaq, 2-3). This verse suggests that those who fear Allah (SWT) will always find a way out of their difficulties and receive sustenance from unexpected sources. It encourages Muslims to put their trust in Allah (SWT) and seek refuge in Him when faced with adversity.

Another verse in the Quran states, “O you who believe! Be steadfast, and uphold justice, for Allah loves the just” (Surah Al Hujurat, 9). This verse reminds Muslims that perseverance and justice are essential qualities of a courageous Muslim.

Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has emphasized the importance of courage in numerous Hadiths. In one Hadith, he (PBUH) said, "The strong man is not the one who wrestles others, but the strong man is the one who controls himself when he is angry." (Bukhari). This Hadith highlights the importance of self-control and patience in an Islamic perspective.

Thus, courage, perseverance, and reliance on Allah (SWT) are essential Islamic values. Muslims should seek inspiration, guidance and comfort only from the Quran and the Hadiths since they are the only sources of guidance given by Allah (SWT) and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
