Seeking validation from others is a natural human need, and people with healthy self-esteem are no exception. They value others' opinions and feedback but don't base their entire self-worth on them. They have a balanced approach to validation, both internally and externally.

Healthy self-esteem is a complex and multifaceted construct. People may exhibit different behaviors and coping mechanisms depending on their personality, upbringing, and life circumstances.
The important thing is to understand oneself, practice self-compassion, and strive towards personal growth and well-being.⏩⏭️
