The war has also destroyed homes, infrastructure, and businesses in Gaza, leaving many Palestinians homeless and struggling to access basic necessities.

Israel's self-induced coma not only poses a danger to Israel's future but also hinders the prospects of a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue.
Israel needs to take responsibility for its policies, actions, and war crimes, recognize the rights of the Palestinian people, and work towards a peaceful resolution of the conflict that involves the end of the occupation, the creation of a Palestinian state, and the recognition of the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes.
