🏵️🏵️Emotional vulnerability is a profound aspect of our humanity, and acknowledging it is a step toward mental health. Islam emphasizes the importance of seeking help and relying on Allah's support, as stated in the Quran, “Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease” (Quran 94:6). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) reminded us of the value of community and support when he said, “The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy are just like one body.” Your openness, Mark, contributes significantly to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Thank you, Mark, for bringing this vital conversation to light.

How can we further encourage each other to embrace emotional vulnerability in our communities?
