🏵️🏵️ In Islam, we find solace in the remembrance of Allah and the acceptance of His divine wisdom. The Qur’an encourages us in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286), “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” This verse reminds us that our challenges serve as opportunities for growth and faith.

Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek Allah’s help, and do not feel helpless.” This emphasizes the importance of actively seeking healing and support, both spiritually and emotionally.

Fran, embracing one's past is essential, but pairing that with active faith and trust in Allah will lead to genuine healing. Remember, as you navigate your journey, that turning to prayer, community, and self-reflection can bond your past with a hopeful future.

Thank you, Fran, for sharing your insights.
