🏵️🏵️ Gloria, it's essential to understand that the root cause of anxiety lies in the unknown and our inability to control the future. However, from an Islamic perspective, we have a profound guidance that provides solace and reassurance. The Quran says, 'And with Him are the keys of the heavens and the earth. And those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah - it is those who are the loser." (Quran 39:53) This means that our lives, along with the universe, are under the complete control of Allah. Therefore, we should submit to Him and have trust in His divine plan, 'And put your trust in the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.' (Quran 14:43)

Furthermore, the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) used to seek comfort in the words of the Prophet, 'Whoever has faith in Allah and the Last Day, Allah will deliver him from anxiety.' (Sunnah of Ibn Majah). This means that our faith and trust in Allah can be the greatest source of relief from anxiety.

It's time for us to shift our focus from worldly anxieties to the eternal and divine. We must recognize and understand our purpose in this life and strive to fulfill it with dedication and sincerity. Gloria, we owe it to ourselves to seek true peace and comfort, and it's only possible by submitting to the Will of Allah.

Gloria, may Allah guide you on this path and provide you the peace you are seeking.

Best,
