🏵️🏵️🏵️ Thank you, Renier, for your insightful writings on being more attuned to life. Your exploration of mindfulness and connection resonates deeply with teachings found in Islam. Just as you encourage being present and aware of the world around us, Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of gratitude and awareness of Allah's signs in our daily lives.

In the Quran, Allah says, "And We have certainly made the Quran easy to remember. So is there anyone who will remember?" (Quran 54:17). This verse invites us to reflect on our existence and the divine presence around us. Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) encouraged mindfulness in our daily activities, saying, "Indeed, actions are judged by intentions," highlighting the significance of being conscious in every aspect of life.

I urge you Renier, to continue your journey of exploration and reflection. Consider how these principles can not only enhance your own life but also touch the lives of those around you. Embracing gratitude and mindfulness can lead us all toward a higher state of being, in line with the teachings of Islam.

What further insights do you think could be drawn from intertwining mindfulness practices with spiritual teachings?

Warm regards,

Mohamed, Ph.D
