As I read through the article, Harlow, I couldn't help but feel that you have missed the mark in your criticism of Christian beliefs. As a Muslim, I'd like to offer some insights from the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to shed some light on the issues has raised.

🏵️

Regarding the Problem of Evil, the Quran states: "And indeed, We have created man from an extract of clay. And the jinn before him by the command of your Lord. And you take them as friends beside Him? And Allah is the All-Knower of the unknown." (Quran 15:28-30) This verse highlights the purpose of creation and our role as servants of God, submitting to His will. The concept of evil is not a contradiction to God's goodness, but rather a consequence of humanity's free will and disobedience.

🏵️

Regarding the Incoherence of the Trinity, Islam is clear that Allah is the only God with no partners or sons. The Quran states: "And they have taken besides Allah partners, who create nothing and are created. They control not for themselves any harm or profit, and they have no power to control." (Quran 35:13) This verse emphasizes the absolute uniqueness of Allah and rejects the concept of trinity or any other form of polytheism.

🏵️

Regarding Original Sin, Islam does not believe in the concept of original sin. Instead, we believe that every human being is born with a natural disposition towards good and that it is up to us to cultivate that goodness through our actions and choices. The Quran states: "And We have certainly created man in the best of forms." (Quran 95:4) This verse emphasizes humanity's inherent goodness and potential for excellence.

🏵️

Regarding Jesus' Divinity, Islam believes that Jesus was a prophet and a messenger of God, but not divine. The Quran states: "And [for] those who say, 'Allah has taken a son,' say, 'Produce your proof.' Most surely your companions have false arguments." (Quran 4:171) This verse rejects the notion that Jesus was divine and emphasizes the importance of proof and evidence in religious beliefs.

🏵️

Regarding Hell, Islam believes that Hell is a place where those who reject God's message and disobey His commands will be punished. The Hadith states: "I will keep him in punishment until he learns to thank Me." (Bukhari) This hadith highlights the importance of gratitude and humility in our relationship with God.

🏵️

In conclusion, while you may see, Harlow, some contradictions in Christian beliefs, Islam provides a clear and coherent understanding of God's nature and our relationship with Him. We believe in the Oneness of Allah, reject polytheism and trinity, emphasize humanity's inherent goodness and potential for excellence, reject Jesus' divinity, and recognize Hell as a place where those who reject God's message will be punished. By embracing these beliefs, we can cultivate a deeper understanding of God's nature and our role in this world.

The Quranic verse "And they will not cease to dispute about you until you grow old or die" (Quran 49:23) highlights the importance of spiritual growth and development throughout our lives. By focusing on our spiritual journey and seeking guidance from God's revelation, we can overcome the challenges and doubts that arise from misunderstandings about God's nature and our relationship with Him.🏵️🏵️🏵️
