🏵️🏵️🏵️ Dear Jason Vincent, I appreciate your kind words and your willingness to engage in a respectful discussion. I would like to respectfully disagree with your assertion that the God of the Christian Bible is not the God of Islam. In Islam, we believe that there is only one God, Allah (SWT), who is the same God worshipped by Jews, Christians, and all other prophets.
The Quran states, "O people of the Book! Come now to a word common to you and us, that we worship none but Allah (SWT), and that we associate no other thing with Him." (3:64)
Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "We have not been commanded to hate anyone, nor have we been forbidden from showing kindness to anyone." (Bukhari)
In Islam, we believe that all prophets, including Jesus (peace be upon him), were sent by Allah (SWT) to guide humanity. The Quran states, "And behold! We gave the Children of Israel the Scripture and wisdom, and We appointed them leaders guiding them on the right path." (17:2)
I understand that the concept of the Holy Trinity may seem unique to Christianity, but it is essential to remember that Allah (SWT) is the one God who is beyond human comprehension. He is not bound by human understanding or limitations.
I would like to remind you that Islam is not a religion of exclusion, but rather a religion of inclusivity and unity. We believe that all prophets and messengers were sent by Allah (SWT) to guide humanity towards a common goal: worshipping Him alone.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that Allah (SWT) is the one God who is worshipped by all prophets and messengers, including Jesus (peace be upon him). We believe in the Oneness of God and reject any notion of trinity or polytheism.
Thank you for your thoughtful comments, Jason Vincent. I hope this response has been helpful in clarifying our perspective.
