Dear Isna, As a Muslim, I would like to respectfully disagree with the notion that Padre Pio received a message from Jesus Christ. In Islam, we believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) was a prophet and a messenger of God, but we do not believe that he is God or the Son of God.

According to the Quran, Jesus (peace be upon him) was born of the Virgin Mary through the miraculous power of God (Quran 3:45-47). He was sent as a prophet to guide humanity towards righteousness and to affirm the Oneness of God (Quran 3:55).

As for the Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), they are considered authentic sources of guidance and wisdom. In one Hadith, it is reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Whoever dies while believing in Allah and His Angels, Messengers, and Books, and the Last Day, shall enter Paradise." (Bukhari)

In another Hadith, it is reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Allah has forbidden hellfire to those who say 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no God but Allah) sincerely from their hearts." (Muslim)

These Hadiths emphasize the importance of believing in One God and following the teachings of the prophets. They do not suggest that any human being can receive a direct message from Jesus Christ or any other prophet.

In conclusion, while I respect the faith of those who believe in Padre Pio's message, as a Muslim, I cannot accept this notion as it goes against the fundamental principles of our faith.

Sincerely,

Mohamed
